This policy is being finalized by counsel and will describe, in full, how MedBizLaw.com and Bay Legal, PC handle personal information collected through this site.

A privacy policy is a set of legal representations about actual data practices, and only Bay Legal, PC can accurately state what those practices are. The operative text of this policy is being drafted and finalized by the firm’s attorneys and has not yet been published.
Once finalized, this policy will address, at minimum:
- The categories of personal information this site collects, including through the intake form (name, email, phone, practice state, practice area, and message)
- The service providers and third parties involved in handling that information, including the site’s form-automation pipeline, CRM, and any chat-widget or analytics providers
- The SMS program and how marketing-text consent, opt-out, and message/data-rate disclosures work
- Rights available to California consumers under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, and how to submit a request
- How long information is retained
- The site’s approach to data security
- A statement that this site is not directed to children
- How to manage communications preferences and opt-outs, including the SMS STOP mechanism
- How this policy may change over time, and its effective date
- How to contact the firm with privacy questions
