That legal information on this site is current only as of its date and should be verified before being relied upon
That this site addresses California law only, and that use from other jurisdictions does not create advice about those jurisdictions’ law
Ownership of, and permitted use of, this site’s content
Acceptable use of the site, including standard prohibitions on scraping or misuse
That links to third-party and official government sources do not imply endorsement or control
How communications through the site’s form, email, and SMS channels work, including that they are not secure channels for confidential information
Disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability
Governing law and venue
How these terms may change over time, their effective date, and how to contact the firm
